Fair enough. I'm not singling out 'train tracks' as an evil, but their popular use does seguay neatly into a serious discussion of 'teen' marketing compromising the believability that a site owner(or affiliate) would not cash in on CP if they could get away with it.
Anything which actively (albeit implicitly) nutures the impression that the models are underage is going to far. If anything, even clearer (on each page) statements asserting the models are legal age is merited whenever the models are very young looking.
Young and cute and legal are dandy and wonderful. Webmasters who actively design their sites to diffuse and bum out any CP-ish fantasies get my vote any day.
