proc fee is NOT automatic with CCBill. program owner has to decide if he's gonna pay the processing fee himself or pass onto affiliate also the processing fee is a split when he passes on so if the the total proc fee is 15% affiliates pay 7.5% off it. There are sponsors who pay the proc fees themselves so with them 50% would be more like 57.5% equivalent of sponsors that split proc fees with affiliates.
