Time for some major software updates. These will be taking place very late night/very early morning to reduce the impact and downtime. Preliminary schedule as follows.
Saturday morning 2am to 3am PACIFIC TIME
Extra full database backup, probable downtime should be less than 1 hour, more like 30 minutes maximum.
Sunday morning 2am to 3am PACIFIC TIME
Secondary Extra database backup, and full codebase backup, probable downtime should be less than 1 hour, more like 30 minutes maximum.
Monday morning 1am to 3am PACIFIC TIME
System upgrade time, configuration, fine tuning. I'm already testing everything on one of my development servers, but there's a ton of steps involved in this. My printed checklist for this process is currently at 84 pages, which may grow even more before time for the live upgrade.
I'm testing the hell out of everything to eliminate any surprises, so it should all go smoothly. I'll post any further information in this thread as it comes up.
