Don't think I've ever seen geo ads with only ass pics lol. I'm pretty sure you can use your own custom images with
AdultFriendFinder, I've seen sites using custom images all over the net promoting AFF, you could use your own ass pics, I don't know how to do it though, a custom script perhaps.
