I think the bigger issue against surfers is how many MONTHS they should be able to charge back. You should also be able to dispute the chargeback with login files from the server. Unfortunately with porn, the phone call comes in, dude wants credit for 6 months of charges when he's been hitting the site twice a day and bingo - chargeback.
