I think you missed the point here...they're talking about porn surfers doing chargebacks. It's fairly common. The surfer whips out cc to get into said paysite to get his nut, charges it, wacks off, busts nut...oops I didn't mean to pay for that...chargeback! Fuck that shit. I'm sick of it too.
