I've had 2 cousins that were hooked on coke and they both have been clean for a long time now.
They got clean by:
-Going to rehab
-Getting rid of all of their friends who did drugs
-Changing their lifestyles completely (new job, new apt, new car, new clothes, new friends, new hobbies, etc.)
