Actually valium/tylenol would serve a better purpose, it would decrease the heart racing, help them deal with the anxiety attacks...& help with the pain. Thats usually how people are dealt with at detox centers (note i said detox, not rehab), they typically give out librium, which is a form of xanax/valium.
But yea they need to be sent to a detox center for the first week, that way if they have medical issues, they will be addressed immediately.
Locking someone in a room is basically manslaughter/murder if something were to happen to their heart, or they went into a coma.
