I really can't find a catch with them at all.

Honestly, they have good support. Could be better, but they do get back to you within 24 hours. I think maybe once it took a little longer though.

As for downtime, they did go down for a little bit back in November, but it was only for 15 min or so. It's usually scheduled and they will give you warning several days prior.

Recently, they got hit with a Sober email virus, but I havent experienced any downtime or slowdown from it.

I've been with them since August and I honestly can't find anything wrong with their service. Though I must say, this is the first paid host I've ever used...so I can't offer comparisons to other hosts or anything like that.
