If you want to buy an existing online casino operation with a customer database you can check the operations for sale at the Marketplace section of the River Cyty Group website. The River City Group publishes a lot of reports for online gabling and they have a good list of operations for sale.
Now if you want to buy a brand new operation you must contact one of the major software providers like Boss Media, Microgaming etc. The one i would reccomend is Playtech (
www.playtech.com) which is the number one software provider in the industry. Most of the major players (Golden palace, casino tropez) use their software.
In any case you are looking at a lot of money. There are a lot of costs here.
