Check out adbrite (see bottom image in my signature), it works like Google's Adsense. Payout might not be as good as Adsense, but their rules are not as strict. Plus you can sell your adspace at your own prices. Works great for me. I earned around $200 with a small site (< 1500 uniques day) in 5 months. Definitely worth a chance
