I tip depending on how good the service is. They are waiters and waitresses.
I went to a sushi bar the other night.
It took me 45 min to get a seat, which isnt that unusual. But when i was seated i wasnt given a menu and no one came to ask for my drink or order for 30 minutes and i had to get up and go call someone myself.

It's really easy, do your job. Get tipped.
