Well After beating him 3 times at the poker table we start talking and it turns out the guy owns his own mortgage company with 200 person call center and he also owns a used car lot etc etc. I still think he's full of shit but he's dropping tips with the the cocktail waitresses like I've never seen.

SO I say good bye, I buy him a drink, I mean he lost 1500 to me, and we part ways, I detour to get a bite at the restaurant and as I'm leaving I see this flock of about 100 people taking pictures with their camera phones, I move through the crowd and it's this Sick looking silver car with Mclaren written on the side, but it also had a huge Mercedes Crest on the front, then all of a sudden I hear two beeps and the guy I thought was full of shit opens the door and gets into the car.

I felt like such an ass for making fun of him, He wrote me an email about amonth ago to get some business going. Cool guy it turns out.
Just shows you can always misread someone.
