I watched that one over 10 years ago, Sarah. If I recall it really goes all the way, and shows a castration, and lots of choking until losing consciousness during sex. I remember thinking, "Fuck this is a brutal movie!" It took no prisoners, but really delved into the depths of, like you said, sexual obsession.
