No he is being prosecuted for a mis-statement. It has NOTHING to do with the so called CIA agent other than he made the mis-statement during the trial. They COULD NOT find him guilty of any wrong doing as far as Valerie Plame was concerned, but continue with your misinformation. Its entertaining.
