When choosing plastic surgery the most important thing should always be the reputation of the doctor and the quality of his work. Price should not be a factor at all. Find the very best doctor and then wait until you can afford it. When I got my boobs done last year, there were only three doctors I was even willing to consider: (1) Brad Jacobs in New York, (2) Ivo Pitanguy in Brazil, and (3) Dr. Teitelbaum in Santa Monica. I chose Dr. Teitelbaum and couldn't possibly be happier!

She has just finished up breast feeding our 2nd child. She had big D's before we had kids and now they are like B's. Plus she got her weight back to 97 lbs so that didn't help in the boob department either.
Does anyone know if the implants can be written off as a business expense?
