It's a person who "knows" people, and knows the business he/she is selling.

And when you ask this person pps or revshare, he/she has no idea what to say. lol

IMO a good sales rep, make "friends(at least the feeling)" and build a relation with it's affiliates. And he/she works hard for it's affiliates, to make them satisfied.

Also they KNOW what they are selling, and lookup the member areas themselves, so they can give affiliates advice how to sell the product better(or with a higher retention)

Just my 2 cents in all this

Excellent points. Thats just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to being a GOOD/GREAT sales rep though. I wish more companies realized this when hiring reps.
