It was nothing to do with performance, nor work related.
I confronted the CEO of the company about money that was missing from my paycheck & she did not want to accept responsibility for the error they made when payroll shorted my check. When I pushed the issue, because I was in the right, I was fired because the company was trying to cover their tracks & coverup the fact that they stole close to a grand from my pay.
