Hey, great first try and welcome to gallery making. Girl is decent looking, so good job on that. There are some areas that you may want to look into:
Gallery seems to load slow.
No "call to action" text--what exactly do you want the surfer to do? What's in it for them? How is this site different?
No personalization -- who is this girl? why should the surfer find her any more appealing than the thousands of other TGP models out there?
