I haven' heard of many contest's that " the best person" wins.. although i guess that all depends on what you mean by "the best person".
I'm pretty sure you can agree many contests are rigged.. ( like the famous mcdonalds fiasco ) then add in the internet factor ( 99% on the internet is lies
) and your not looking at very good numbers in favour of " the best person" winning
