and remember vitamin C. it is often overlooked, but it is usually just as effective as antibiotics for systemic illness.
the last time i was sick was about 1990, and i have not had so much as a cold since then.
i take 1500 mg of vitamin C (along with other vitamins) every single day.
don't just take vitamin C when you are sick, make it a lifestyle, you cannot overdose on it, excessive use will just cause loose bowel.
do the research, it is cheap and effective.
