Schedule has been the same since day one almost 5 years ago and not changed, so it work very well obviously. It is as follows:
$300 a month for up to 200 signups a month
$400 a month for up to 450 signups a month
$500 a month for up to 1000 signups a month
$600 a month for up to 1500 signups a month
$650 a month for up to 2000 signups a month
$700 a month for up to 2500 signups a month
$800 a month for up to 3500 signups a month
$900 a month for up to 4500 signups a month
$1000 a month for up to 5500 signups a month
5500 signups a month and above - $100 per block of 750 signups
