Texas people
I'm wondering what the rental market is like there in Texas preferably on the gulf coast like Houston for example. Anyone have the low down on how things are out there as far as being able to rent your proprieties?
I've been looking into how cheap the condo's are out there and was thinking of buying some for investment purposes. Everything is so damn cheap out there it looks like the right time to buy.
Anyone own any proprieties there and know the low down?
