For canada, its the Canadian Intellectual Property Office: http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/cipo/trade...ch/tmSearch.do

For USA, its the United States Patent and Trademark Office:
http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm

For the rest of the world, its probably easier to find a law firm that handles world wide applications.
