Men don't talk about sex so much. We don't talk much about anything. We do constantly think about sex. If you aren't thinking about it, and a hot girl walks by, you immediately get that desire and you are ready to go . . . right then and there.
As far as men "pleasuring" themselves (with other men present), that is a question for Juicy.
Straight men wouldn't do that unless they were unbalanced or bi/gay. In fact, it would seem that men who jack off together probably wouldn't see why they couldn't suck each other off and/or ram it up each other's asses either. Seriously, guys who do this are clearly not bound by heterosexual laws and are far, far, far from the norm.
