Well, as this was a few hours ago, and I was talking to her on one phone, talking to a new customer whose credit card would not go thru on another phone, tracking down a suspected fraudulent card (I did not trust it from the gate, but 2 more big servers within the hour kind of cinched it) and something else. It became one of those Clint Eastwood "Dirty Harry" things where in all the confusion I did not remember everything since I did not see it.

I did a search here on GFY about Winfixer, which is the ongoing issue. She tried the Symantec solution with no success, and the spysweeper free online test just shut her down.
Think it is time to take advantage of the fine, free UCLA computer repair team.
