similar to retail stores that are required to have an adults area with covers on the fronts of magazines. shit, people don't even get to see the cover of the mag till they buy it. unless they're shady and tear it off.
as bad as it sounds, going to a federally enforced "no hardcore" on tours approach would be the only way to give rogers idea a shot.
think about the sites and free stuff over seas and in other countries that would say fuck your laws on that though. Hmmmmn. a no pink internet just doesn't seem possible in any sense then.
