i always believe in doing cool things EARLY - that way you can PERSONALLY invite MORE people and have less show up and get the right number for a good event. And you can make more people happy that they got invited and feel like it's their fault that they didn't get into town in time to attend.

everyone will TALK about a cool event more - and about how they wish they got into town earlier. you'll have buz for the WHOLE show - not just at the end.
