i'm intrigued about the idea of breaking someone down though and building them back up... please elaborite. I've been working on the assumption that you can't really change someone and I've been searching for someone I don't have to fix. not in a hurry, having fun fucking a lot of bimbo's in the meantime - but VERY curious about your theory there on breaking down and rebuilding..

Its not easy to explain but basically you tap into there weakness's and get in there heads kinda like a pimp does to his ho's just not as harsh or phisical. need to make them think all your ideas are there ideas and never show your jealous or weak. they have to respect you in order to follow you.
but this is something easier explained in person or over the phone.
it really depends on the girl and how you break them down, my girl was a total materialistic girl and now She doesnt care as much but it takes time because girls want it all. they are princess and you need to treat them like one.
I always remind my girl if shes not happy with waht I have now she can walk becasue there is another waiting to take her place
