He's a kid and stupid...I assume you are as well obviously because you're sticking up for him. When you make a decision to be an asshole on boards or play them for entertainment, consequences follow. I know that a lot people would never do business with me because of board antics and if I ever start a program...you'll never know I'm involved. That's business.
You can't have a board "persona" and then expect people from boards to overlook it. You can't tell people you hope they die or laugh at things that are sensitive to them and just expect them to forget and suddenly do business with you.
I'll still do business with AMC if I can make money because I don't give a shit about nofx or boards. That's because I look at boards as entertainment...not a potential revenue stream. He's an uneducated child and I understand that...other's aren't so forgiving and you can't blame for that. Nor can you expect them to overlook things. You can't post things trying to get an emotional reaction through a medium from people and then expect them to forget that emotion when you want to do business through that same medium.
