There is no "war", no formal declaration of "war", and thus, the erroneous reporting of such an incident is pretty ignorant.
Far be it for me to propose something so abstract as "common sense" but what is the purpose of causing stress and useless hyperbole by flaming up the warmongers? I'd hate to be the relative of someone in the Armed Forces and come across those posts.
Photoshopping ass zits is a lot more interesting then posting inaccurate news with the potential to cause emotional distress.
