Its not the sponsor, but the ccbill cookie.
If a sponsor has a refcode like this:
http://refer.ccbill.com....PA=xx&HTML=http://site1.com
and FHG like this
http://www.FHG1.com/?xxxxxx (or some script to just generate the refcode link on the FHG)
then cookie is not set before, and if, the surfer actually click the link from the FHG to the paysite. So if he just leave the gallery, and maybe type in the domain later or from what he see in banners or watermark, or like above; surfers that click the 2257 link, you might not get credit. You will also risk what I call "light shaving", i.e. galleries or POTDs that has 'member' links stuff like that, tons of or overexposed with domain name in banners and watermarks just to get the surfer to type it in instead, almost invisible refcode linking, combination thereof.. Shit, I noticed all those dirty tricks

Also have to mention cookie override.
If you link the FHG by changing the last part,
http://site1.com, with the FHG link, the cookie is set at once, and you will get credit if he signup before the cookie expire.
In ccbill stats it will be shown as a hit, and ratio will look worser, you have some ugly links...but in the end its your payout that counts.
