My experience with submitpasses has been great
we had one issue with a site not specifying certain terms and we had already built a shitload of galleries for them that became useless, but the folks at submitpasses handled it professionally and offered a refund or passes to other sites and all worked out fine.
While some of the passes have been worth the fees and some haven't been worth half the fees, submitpasses have always gone above and beyond and been extremely professional (even when I got grumpy about that particular site's terms ;-))
Ray, you guys have nothing to worry about.
