Ok...I'll be the first to admit that this pass was a nightmare to set up. Karine should have refunded this client last week. What happened? I guess you factor in the holidays and things get all fucked up. I just contacted the site owner and the pass was indeed set up last week and the client was emailed.
Today I got an email from the client threatening to take this to GFY and calling us frauders. As many of you know, I don't take threats very lightly. What happened was totally our fault and Karine was apologetic on several occasions and even offered to refund him, nothing more we could do. No reason for him to make shitty ass threats.
