Just to clarify,
Topbucks and most sponsors won't allow hotlinking - the simple reason for that is because if you can hotlink the images, then so can everyone else - forums, chats and since most don't watermark the images, surfers won't know which sites it belongs to & it's not cost effective.
The other downside for you is if you are submitting these galleries, most TGPs won't accept the galleries since the images and the gallery are not hosted on the same domain/server.
With bandwidth prices being so low nowadays, you're better off getting the free content we offer and hosting it yourself.
