its really salty.. not sweet at all... it's a savoury spread best on toast with heaps of butter. it's not good to eat on it's own.. it's a yeast product...theres nothing to compare it to really.. unless you want to be nasty heheh... i don't know.. it's something that shouldn't make you want to eat more.. but yet you do.
