You previously said the minimum was 18, and you knew that to be the lowest age when you set up the profile. But now you've suddenly had his profile marked at 14 when you started this?
Or you're suggesting myspace detected his underage-ness and mass updated underage profiles to 14 when they made the ToS change..
This is ridiculous. At the time of signup, profiles for <18 weren't supposed to exist on myspace. While myspace spam may be illegal, there was nothing morally reprehensible about sending an (automatic) spam to an 18 year old. He's 18.
