If you send an obscene video tape into polk county, they could charge you and I suspect they could make it stick. I think their logic is "the delivery method isn't important, just the product". Until someone proves them wrong, they are free to go about and lay charges based on their view of the law as it reads to date.

It isn't going to fly, but they sure could use it to fuck some people up in the mean time.
