Also...they don't make an effort because it's not email. It's not covered under can-spam. It's basically just private messaging on a message board.
They tried to get my former partner on some trumped up extortion charges because they couldn't get the "spam" charges to stick.
As for the age limit, that has ALWAYS been the way it was. It hasn't change in the past 45 days or ever.
