Youre right, I dont care since he wont see it, but the fact remains, it should NOT be happening anyways. And my "violation" of their TOS is a joke, Considering 70% of the "18" year olds on there are under 18.
So I gather we are to just sit around and wait for FCC to police us instead of us policing ourselfs? Thats bullshit. Again, if they had used Can-Spam guidelines, I would not have one bitch at all. I might not have liked it, but guidelines are guidelines. This spammer didnt even make an effort.
