I dont blace the kid.. no. Look.. the law is clear on this. Split hairs all you want. Theres clear and very easy guidelines to follow when it comes to spam.... They were NOT followed here at all. While the point of your arguement might make alot of since to a spamming webmaster and a program that looks the other way.... I hardly think it will hold up in court. We cant argue the gray areas all day here, but in the end does our opinion really matter? No.
