either way i dont think any program should allow non can-spam compliant email period .. not because of the legality , but because of the ethics.
but thats why we need to know ALL the details before we slam people/companies..
for all we know maybe the person using that name before was 19 and then their profile got deleted and your nephews profile got made under the same name ?
