Maybe they email from a country that doesn't have a can-spam act..
I'm not here to defend emailing , but if your from nigeria , who are we to tell you how you can email and how not to email.. its not against the law to send an email to someone you dont know with an hpa in nigeria .. we certainly dont follow nigerian laws..
and just to clarify , did this email go to an email address or your myspace mail ?? if its to an email , why do you think it has to do with myspace and not just a random email ?
