post the actual email , yes you have to defend yourself when you say SPACASH SENT ME THIS.. and spacash clearly DIDNT send you this...

some moron most likely sent it to you , maybe he was an affiliate maybe he was just a hater , but we cant know without seeing the FULL EMAIL , and spacash certainly cant do anything about it if you dont notify them or us of the affiliate and the full headers , and some more details like the age of the profile..

i totally get where your coming from but i think your pointing the fingers at the wrong people..

And i still think its crazy you would put a 9 year olds profile on myspace ( just my opinion) regardless of how he views it , there are some sick people , who knows if your next door neighbour ooks at that stuff etc ) not a good idea. i would have that on a closed network..

Its easy to do , create another profile on your computer , open the browser ooptions security level and only allow it to ONE domain, the domain you have the stuff on and nothing else.. easy shmeezie
Well, im sure it was an affiliate of both spacash and ars and of course, they cant police them all. I did send an email to spacash letting them know as well as ars. But again, the Goverment is NOT going ot come after some affiliate for the most part.. they will go after the program. The buck stops somewhere ya know?

And a myspace profile is no different then an aol, yahoo, msn or whatever profile. Theres sickos on all of them and to think myspace is somehow worse then the other options out there does not make sense.... better, no, but hardly worse. My Newphew has zero access to it..... none. His age is marked at 14..... its cleat is was just a blind email sent by some moron affiliate in both cases... no landing page... nothing. Very careless and in the end, the sponsor pays the price in most cases.

My only real gripe here is that there was no Can-spam guidelines... a hpa embeded in the email on open... and no warning page... at all. Spam all ya want for all I care, but at least, follow the rules.
