A link doesn't tell us anything , what kind of spam are you referring to ? if some kid just cut that link from another page and posted it to his friends page , is it fair your calling him a spammer ? I'm not saying thats what happened , but perhaps you could "elaborate" on what this spam is , how he got it..

furthermore "spacash" did no such thing.. if you mean he clicked a link to spacash from somewhere , that could be true , there are millions of ways to get a link , but " Spacash did the same to him last week" is completely false.. spacash doesn't use myspace and certainly didnt send your 9 year old nephew a thing unless he signed up himself..

I would be more worried about the fact your nephew is being encouraged to sign up for things he isn't eligible for ( and for good reason )
Again, I thought I made it clear. I did a page for him. All his pics from growing up and all. Not for his person use at all. He does not have computer access at all, except when he is here and cant even got on my computers without my 100% supervison. I went in to update his page today since he is going to be here tomorrow When doing so.... I found this spam and a spacash spam in his email box. Crazy that I even have to defend this... period. No warning page, no notifcation that adult content was inside... a halfpage add of a naked chick taking it in the ass embedded in the email so its viewable on open. Yeah, thats all ok.... it must be the parents fault.
