A link doesn't tell us anything , what kind of spam are you referring to ? if some kid just cut that link from another page and posted it to his friends page , is it fair your calling him a spammer ? I'm not saying thats what happened , but perhaps you could "elaborate" on what this spam is , how he got it..
furthermore "spacash" did no such thing.. if you mean he clicked a link to spacash from somewhere , that could be true , there are millions of ways to get a link , but " Spacash did the same to him last week" is completely false.. spacash doesn't use myspace and certainly didnt send your 9 year old nephew a thing unless he signed up himself..
I would be more worried about the fact your nephew is being encouraged to sign up for things he isn't eligible for ( and for good reason )
