it was between bdjuff and you for the months you avoided him.. he made it public.. correct, you are not REQUIRED to answer a question.. but youre supposedly the top web host of 2005 according to xbiz.. i doubt there is any documents on this deal, it was a side deal between a spammer and a scammer.. bdjuf should have had atleast some kind of SLA and outline of the services offered to him at the rate he is paying.. esp at $8k..
