Hint Juicy, unplug your other internal harddrives before you format and reinstall. just to make sure nothing happens to them.
I remember once I did a new format/install and got confused by all the drives showing up and wiped one of my backup drives. Since then I only reinstall on one drive, the rest are always disconnected while I do it. Good luck!
