either way, a xbiz winner or any pro hosting company shouldnt ignore phone calls 80 of them for that matter just because they don't want to deal with a customer. thats just wrong. they paid the money, refund it. you can't take someones money then ignore them of course you are going to expect to get lawyers, etc. the good thing to do would be refund them even though what it was being used for, we dont know the full story, and we dont know both sides for sure. not taking anyones sides.
