Going to assume... you are saying "foreigners" are abusing the US consumer?

That hoss don't run my man. The US abuses the US consumer and almost all countries are the same.

Who made these "rules" you want folks to follow? The world is a big place and generally don't have all these "rules" and don't actually give a damn.

That said, agree with you on spamming - it's an utter pain in the ass. There is no 'evidence' of spamming in this instance - least yet. If it was the case that SI did this deal knowing the purpose of the servers was to spam - that's just another example of "US consumer" abuse by a US company.

As an aside, there is more damned spamming originating either in the US or by US motivators than any other country.
